This project explores Computational Design and additive manufacturing through a series of 3D-printed experiments developed with Grasshopper. Parametric geometries were generated and iterated to investigate how digital parameters can influence form, surface, texture and material behaviour.

The process also extends beyond geometry generation, with direct G-code modifications used to control printing parameters and toolpath behaviour. This enabled the development of custom textures, gradients and surface variations that could not be achieved through standard slicing workflows.

Different materials and printing strategies were tested across the experiments, using 3D printing as both a prototyping method and a tool for exploring the relationship between digital geometry, machine behaviour and physical output.
