Prada 17WS

A conceptual redesign of the iconic Prada 17WS eyewear, exploring a new approach to frame construction through the integration of cellulose acetate and brass.

The redesign reinterprets the original silhouette by merging the temple and temple core into a single continuous structural element. A Voronoi-based geometry defines the brass structure, creating a lightweight visual language while exposing the material contrast between the metal framework and the acetate components.

The project was developed through 3D modelling and rendering, focusing on the relationship between frame geometry, material integration and structural expression.
